Outsourced central printing and mailing. Operations would be conducted in the contractor's facility by contractor staff. The contractor would be responsible for providing all equipment, software, professional services, and labor required to initiate and conduct the full range of operations from importing/receiving the electronic document file through transfer to the U.S. Postal Service or designated shipper.
