Request for Information (RFI) – Thomas Hall Renovation FAR Part 10 – Market Research Only NAICS: 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction PSC: Z2AA – Repair or Alteration of Office Buildings
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued solely for market research and planning purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. This notice does not constitute a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.
1. Purpose The 78th Air Base Wing, Robins AFB, GA, is seeking to identify interested and capable vendors for renovation work at Thomas Hall, located at Middle Georgia State University, 100 University Boulevard, Warner Robins, GA 31093.
Work is expected to fall under NAICS 236220 and PSC Z2AA, including multi‑trade interior renovation, demolition, architectural upgrades, finishes, and associated electrical/mechanical modifications.
2. Draft SOW A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is provided for industry review. Vendors are encouraged to submit capability information and recommended improvements or clarifications to the SOW.
3. Site Visit A site visit will be held on 27 July 2026 from 0900–1200 Eastern Time at: Thomas Hall Middle Georgia State University 100 University Boulevard Warner Robins, GA 31093
Vendors wishing to attend must pre‑register no later than 24 July 2026 at 1300 Eastern Time.

7. Site Visit #2, A second site visit will be held on 30 July 2026 from 0900–1000 Eastern Time at: Thomas Hall Middle Georgia State University 100 University Boulevard Warner Robins, GA 31093. Only contractors who attended the first site visit on 27 July are authoirzed to attend the second site visit on 30 July.
8. RFI Q&A and 2002 MGSU Thomas Hall as-built drawings are added as attachments as of 4 August 2026.
