PURPOSE: The University of Washington (“UW”) is soliciting proposals from potential vendors to provide real estate appraisal and consultation services for real property primarily in the Tacoma/South Puget Sound, Seattle, and Bothell areas but could also include broader Western Washington. BIDDER ELIGIBILITY: This solicitation is open to those firms which satisfy the minimum qualifications stated herein and that are available for work in Washington State.
