The University of Washington is soliciting proposals from local property management firms to provide ongoing property management, maintenance coordination, and facility support for the Airlift Northwest (ALNW) Wenatchee Base. The scope of work covers a new construction facility of 8,851 rentable square feet on a 10,420 square foot site. Responsibilities include 24/7 general management, work-order tracking, vendor coordination, and the oversight of preventive and reactive maintenance for critical systems such as HVAC, standby generators, fire alarms, and hangar doors.
