RFP-2026-EDTI-30-AB-Edmonton (Distribution)-Supply and Delivery of Electrical Items

EPCOR Canada is seeking proponents to establish multiple Master Service Agreements for the supply and delivery of electrical distributor items. The successful contractors will provide goods on a regular or as-requested basis, with all deliveries made DDP Incoterms 2010 to EPCOR facilities in Edmonton. The procurement is structured around various Uclass Categories, and proponents may bid on any number of items listed in the scope of work. Performance will be monitored through specific Key Performance Indicators, and the contract is based on the EPCOR Standard Form Contract, which includes requirements for ISO9000 quality control standards and a cost savings incentive program. The evaluation process consists of two stages, with a heavy emphasis on Indigenous participation, which accounts for 50 percent of the first stage weighting. Other key evaluation factors include delivery assurance, dedicated stock programs, lead times, and contract pricing. Awarded contractors must adhere to strict delivery windows between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Administrative requirements include submitting invoices via email in PDF or JPEG format with a 45-day payment term. Additionally, contractors must comply with comprehensive safety and security mandates, including Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations, background screenings for personnel, and maintaining a satisfactory status in EPCOR's third-party contractor safety registry.
