RFP 2027-01 Executive Search Firm for College President

Massasoit Community College is seeking proposals from qualified executive search firms to manage the recruitment and appointment process for a new college president. The scope of work includes search organization, planning, candidate recruitment, evaluations, and coordination of the appointment process. The selected firm must demonstrate proven experience in nationwide presidential searches for public higher education clients, preferably community colleges, within the last five years and provide at least three professional references from similar engagements.
