RFP # 25-07: Lifeguarding & Pool Maintenance Services for Millington Pool

The County Commissioners of Kent County, Maryland, is requesting proposals for the Parks and Recreation Department from qualified bidders to operate and maintain the Millington Pool Facility, located at 154 Millington Road, Millington, MD 21651, for the 2025 summer season. The selected contractor will be responsible for lifeguarding services, pool maintenance, and overall pool management to ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 10th, 2025 beginning at 1:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Public Works Department. Questions must be emailed to Jillyn Coleman, Director of Parks & Recreation, at contact@example.gov, and they must be received by noon / 12:00 p.m. on April 16, 2025. All bids will be opened and publicly read by designated County staff at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 24th, 2025, at the Department of Public Works. Bidders and other interested parties are invited to attend these public forums.
