The selected agency will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating access to high-quality educational materials that are culturally relevant and appropriate for diverse populations. Key services will include: 1) development and preparation of multilingual prevention materials; 2) technical assistance in the creation and adaptation of educational resources; and 3) management of materials distribution and fulfillment services with local and state tobacco prevention entities. The goal of this Solicitation is to ensure that community programs have consistent access to accurate and appropriate resources that strengthen tobacco use prevention education and outreach throughout California.
