RFP 27-001 Ridling Field Renovation - Phase 3

The City of Commerce is soliciting proposals for the Ridling Field Renovation Phase 3 project located at 414 Shankle Heights, Commerce, Georgia. The scope of work involves the construction of a multi-use building serving as a concession stand, public restroom, and equipment shop, featuring stone lower walls and light stone metal siding. Additional requirements include refurbishing a parking lot, constructing a walkway, and installing irrigation, sod, and fencing. All work must adhere to the International Building Code, City of Commerce codes, GDOT Standard Specifications, ADA guidelines, and PROWAG standards. The successful contractor must provide a bid bond of 5 percent of the base bid, a performance bond for 100 percent of the contract amount, and proof of general liability insurance of at least 1 million dollars per incident and state-required workman's compensation. Payment will be processed 30 days after the completion of all construction and successful testing of all installed products.
