Submissions are limited to 50 pages and must include a cover page, the Construction Experience Information Sheet (Attachment I), and Past Performance Questionnaires or CPARS reports (Attachment II). Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is most advantageous to the Government based on price and price-related factors.
