RFP 27-10 Engineering Services: Liberty Street Parking Lot Evaluation & Repair The Assistant Vice President of Procurement Services at Montclair State University will receive bids for Request for Proposal (RFP) 27-10 Engineering Services: Liberty Street Parking Lot Evaluation & Repair no later than September 29, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Scope of Work: The project is is for engineering services to provide evaluation, design and construction administration services for the repair of the Liberty Street Parking Lot at Bloomfield College of Montclair State University.
