Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) 1. Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of office furniture to 40 Elgin St, Ottawa ON K1P 5C4 2. This procurement is set aside under the federal government’s Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement. 3. This requirement is limited to Indigenous offerors. 4. There is a security requirement associated with the requirement. 5. There is a Mandatory Site Visit on July 11, 2025 at 1:00pm EDT. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than July 4, 2025 at 11:59pm EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives.
