RFP 735-2026-4427 (JOC) Minor Construction Services

Midwestern State University is seeking qualified contractors under a Job Order Contract (JOC) for Time & Materials/Unit Price services to perform minor construction, remodeling, and renovation projects across its facilities in Texas.
