Bidders must demonstrate aminimum of five (5) years of experience in roof restoration on historicalstructures.CRITICAL PROJECT PARAMETERS: RESTORATION ONLY: This project is strictly for localized roof restoration, leak remediation, and coating system application. It is NOT a full roof tear-off or structural deck replacement. NO SITE VISIT REQUIRED: Due to the urgent necessity of mitigating active water leaks, a pre-proposal site visit is NOT required to submit a valid proposal.
