PUBLIC INVITATION – REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS The England Economic and Industrial Development District (England Authority) is seeking proposals for the award of four (4) non-exclusive Car Rental Concession Agreements for Alexandria International Airport (AEX). AEX is an operating division of the England Authority. Completed proposals must be submitted prior to 2:00 p.m. Central Time on September 11, 2026, to the office of Kate Wells, Purchasing Department or electronically, registering online at www.centralauctionhouse.com as further described in Section 2, Article 19 of this RFP and then at the second-floor England Authority Board Room publicly opened and read aloud..
A pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. The meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams. Attendance at this meeting by prospective Proposers is non-mandatory.
No proposal will be received after the date and hour specified above for the proposal due date. The England Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities incidental thereto.
