The selected firm will support CSUDH in areas including strategic and operational readiness, program/project management, campus operations and continuity, stakeholder coordination, transportation and mobility, facilities and space utilization, housing and dining, public safety coordination, financial and resource planning, implementation, Games-time readiness, and post-Games transition and closeout.
