Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) under an existing Supply Arrangement (SA). As such, only pre-qualified suppliers who have been formally invited may access the RFP documents and submit a proposal for the provision of English-to-French translation services in the field Immigration (Tier 2) The delivery of translation services from English to French, as and when requested, with a volume of up to 2,400,000 words, for the Translation Bureau. Canada may meet this requirement in whole or in part by awarding two contracts, each with a volume of up to 1,200,000 words, distributed as follows: 600,000 words for the initial period of one (1) year and up to 600,000 words for the irrevocable option to extend the contract period by one(1) year, under the same condition.
