Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. A tabulation will be made for consideration by the Washington Parish School Board. Proposals received after the above-mentioned date and time will not be opened and will be rejected. This project will consist of applying a 100% silicone sealer on the Gymnasium/Band Room for the school campus specified above.
