The Vermont Agency of Human Services, Department for Children and Families (DCF), Family Services Division (FSD) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more providers to deliver standard transportation and supported family time services for children and youth in state custody. These services include transporting individuals to schools, appointments, and meetings, as well as providing a safe environment for supervised visitation with non-custodial parents. While services are required statewide and potentially out-of-state, there is a specific need for contractors in the Bennington, Brattleboro, and Springfield districts. The period of performance is scheduled to run from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031, with the possibility of three additional one-year extensions. Awards will be made based on the best interest of the State, with preference given to resident bidders and those utilizing clean energy practices.
