The Genesee School District is soliciting bids for the design, engineering, furnishing, and installation of a complete, code-compliant bleacher system located at 7347 N Genesee Rd, Genesee, MI. The project requires a system consisting of ten rows with a seating capacity for approximately 600 spectators, including all structural framing, seats, aisles, guardrails, and anchors. The scope of work also encompasses the demolition, removal, and disposal of existing bleachers of a similar size. Bidders must provide a base bid for the system, a separate price for demolition, and a separate price under Alternate No. 1 for concrete foundations and slabs. A press box and site restoration are specifically excluded from this bid package.
