The Genesee School District is soliciting bids for the design, engineering, furnishing, and installation of a code-compliant bleacher system at their facility located at 7347 N Genesee Rd, Genesee, MI. The project requires a system consisting of ten rows with a seating capacity of approximately 600 spectators, including all necessary structural framing, seating, aisles, guardrails, and anchorage. The scope of work encompasses all labor, materials, and supervision, with a mandatory completion deadline before the start of the 2027 football season. Bidders must provide a base bid for the complete system, a separate price for the demolition and disposal of existing bleachers, and an alternate price for the construction of a concrete slab including subbase preparation.
