Copies of the RFP are on file and open to public inspection at City Hall, 330 Passaic Street, 2nd Floor, Division of Purchasing, Passaic, New Jersey between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or downloaded from the City of Passaic’s website www.cityofpassaic.com Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder and must be addressed and delivered to the City of Passaic, Division of Purchasing, Attn: Doris Dudek, Director of Purchasing: bearing the name and address Concession Management Services for Synthetic Ice Skating Rink Third Ward Memorial Park. This proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et. seq.
