Notice of Request for Proposal IGM 2024-003 Airport Unarmed Security Services Notice is hereby given that the City of Kingman (City) is issuing this Request For Proposals (RFP) seeking Proposals from qualified, Security firms interested in providing Unarmed Security at the Kingman Municipal Airport. This will be a one-step, qualifications-based process as authorized by relevant sections of ARIZ. REV. STAT. §§ 34. A separate Request For Proposals will not be issued. In accordance with the Procurement Code of the City of Kingman, Arizona, and Arizona Revised Statutes Title 34, the City will accept sealed Bids for the Services.The selection criteria to be used in evaluating the Proposals are set forth in the City of Kingman RFP package for Airport Security Service IGM-2024-003, which are available after the release date from the Kingman Municipal Airport Administrative Office. RFP Packages may also be requested via e-mail after the release date by contacting Wes Pinkart at contact@example.gov. The City intends to rank Proposal scores based on the selection criteria in the RFP package. Interviews may be conducted as part of the selection process. The City will enter into negotiations pursuant to the City of Kingman Procurement Code with the top-ranked firm on the final list.
