The Indigenous Cultural Liaison (ICL) services contract is intended to support the indigenous inmate population at Prince George Regional Correctional Centre (PGRCC) located at Prince George, B.C. by providing indigenous cultural and spiritual programming and related supports.The Contractor will provide two Indigenous Cultural Liaison resources to deliver the services.
