The University of Texas at Tyler is seeking qualified contractors for the renovation and improvement of the Cowan Center Lobby through RFP No. 750-25-26-011, with proposals due by May 18, 2026. The scope of work includes supervision, materials, equipment, and labor for all renovations detailed in the issued construction documents, with work to be performed on-site at the Cowan Center in Tyler, Texas.
