The Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC) is seeking professional IM/IT resources on an as-needed basis to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of custom applications, case management modules, and secure, user-friendly web properties for twelve federal administrative tribunals. This initiative aims to enhance tribunal operations and improve access to justice for Canadians, with a growing focus on integrating emerging technologies such as chatbots and AI-powered translation tools. The Information Services & Solutions Team (ISST) will oversee these projects, requiring expertise in various areas including software development, web design, database modeling, project management, and business analysis. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is open exclusively to Tier 1 TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders qualified in the National Capital Region. Selected SA Holders have been invited to submit proposals for categories ranging from programmers and software architects to web developers and project executives. The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with any supplier and accepts proposals in either official language. Interested parties may direct inquiries to the Contracting Authority, Veronica Ross. Description of Work: The Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC) provides support services to twelve federal administrative tribunals through a single, integrated organization. By offering specialized services, the ATSSC supports each tribunal's mandate and aims to improve access to justice for Canadians. ATSSC requires support for the development, implementation, and maintenance of custom applications, case management modules, and secure, accessible web properties. There is also a growing need to explore and integrate emerging technologies such as chatbot solutions and AI-powered translation tools to better serve both internal users and external stakeholders. The Information Services & Solutions Team (ISST) is responsible for information management and technology and requires the services of IM/IT professional resources on an “as and when requested” basis to assist with the creation, support and maintenance of new and existing websites and Case Management Systems.
