The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide weed control services in the Spring and Fall on 161 acres of City properties, including parks, open spaces, and buildings. Spring applications should take place February through April, and Fall applications should take place September through October. Contract shall be for one (1) year with the option to renew at the end of each year for up to four (4) additional years. The City will not provide any equipment. The Contractor’s pricing must include materials, labor, equipment, rental fees, travel fees, delivery, fuel, maintenance, surcharges, waste fees, disposal fees, insurance, meals, and all other costs required to perform the work. Contractors must provide proof of insurance and all required certification and licensing. Please see the RFP document for additional details.
Proposals will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All proposals shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the BIDDER to submit the Bid before the scheduled time.
