With this RFP CMHC is seeking prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP-004249 Property and Tenant Management Services for Selected Multi Unit Rental Properties in Southern Ontario. It is CMHC’s intention to enter into an Agreement on a non-exclusive basis with the successful proponent (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). The term of the agreement resulting from this RFP is to be for a period of three (3) years, starting December 1st, 2026 to November 30th, 2029, with an option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of two (2) years, for a maximum term not to exceed five (5) years.
