Additionally, the provider must undergo a rigorous third-party risk assessment involving detailed questionnaires on privacy, data management, business continuity, and the use of artificial intelligence. Key insurance requirements include a minimum of 5 million dollars for cyber and confidentiality liability and a 2 million dollar fidelity bond.
