Workforce Solutions North Texas (WSNT) is soliciting proposals through RFP2026-003 to select a subrecipient to manage and operate Child Care Services (CCS) across a multi-county region in North Texas, including Archer, Baylor, Clay, Cottle, Foard, Hardeman, Jack, Montague, Wichita, Wilbarger, and Young counties.
