The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division is seeking a small business contractor to provide commercial window maintenance and cleaning services at its campus in Clarksburg, West Virginia. This firm-fixed-price contract consists of a base year and four one-year option periods. The scope of work includes scheduled interior and exterior cleaning of various window systems, annual inspections, specialized glazing maintenance, and a requirement to secure damaged or broken openings within 24 hours of notification.
