The Board of Education of School District No. 38 (Richmond) invites interested parties to submit quotations indicating their interest and qualifications for the supply of Cisco Catalyst Network Switches and associated licenses that have reached End-of-Life.SD38 anticipates the potential purchase of approximately 308 switches over a three (3) year period; however, this quantity is provided for planning purposes only. The District does not guarantee any minimum or maximum purchase volume, and actual quantities may vary depending on operational requirements, budget availability, technological changes, and product lifecycle updates, including model replacements or upgrades.SD38 intends to enter into an agreement with one (1) qualified provider (the “Respondent”), to supply the Goods on an as-needed basis during the term of the contract. Initial deliveries under this RFQ are expected on or around July 2, 2026, with subsequent orders to be placed at the discretion of the District. District staff will be responsible for the decommissioning of existing equipment and the installation of all new devices.
