RFQ 2027-013 Used Ride on Roller

The City of Salem, Virginia, is soliciting quotes under RFQ 2027-013 for the procurement of one used, one-ton class, double drum, ride-on vibratory roller for its Parks and Recreation Department. The required equipment must be a 2018 model year or newer, with no more than 400 hours of operation, and should be a Wacker Neuson Model RD 12A or an equivalent gasoline- or diesel-powered machine. All equipment must be delivered in good working order, fully serviced, and include the operator's manual, bill of sale, and available maintenance records. Diesel engines must feature a legible EPA nonroad emissions certification label.
