It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe landscape maintenance services being requested by the Alameda County Public Works Agency.
The County intends to award a (3) three-year contract (with the option to renew for (2) two years) to the Bidder selected as the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder whose response meets the County's requirements.
