REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS ENGINEERING DESIGN, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Mecklenburg County, North Carolina Mecklenburg County is requesting a Statement-of-Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Engineering firms for professional services. The scope will consist of providing design, procurement and CA services for the replacement of HVAC equipment and controls at the Hal Marshall Center. The Firm selected must hold a valid Engineering license in North Carolina, be qualified, and have experience with chilled and hot water HVAC system replacements in occupied buildings.
