RFQ - Conroe Central Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion

The City of Conroe is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from professional engineering firms for the expansion of the Conroe Central Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project aims to increase the facility's permitted Average Daily Flow capacity from 6.0 million gallons per day to approximately 12.0 million gallons per day to accommodate growth and development within the service area. The comprehensive scope of work includes existing facility evaluation, preliminary engineering, alternatives analysis, treatment process design, hydraulic modeling, permitting, bidding, and construction-phase services.
