SECTION 2 – GENERAL INFORMATION 2.1 Pursuant to the authority granted to it under MCA 7-5-4301(2)(a)., the City of Kalispell seeks to procure qualified professional service providers to provide professional engineering services to the City of Kalispell. 2.2 The Public Works Department is accepting SOQs from firms wishing to be added to the list of prequalified firms to perform projects involving several areas of expertise.
