Full Description
The County of Imperial is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to provide transportation services for election equipment in support of the November 3, 2026, General Election. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, vehicles, and supervision necessary to safely transport election equipment between the Imperial County Elections Office located at 940 Main Street, El Centro, CA 92243 and the designated Vote Center locations.
The County anticipates servicing fifteen (15) Vote Center locations throughout Imperial County.
SCOPE OF WORK
The selected contractor shall provide transportation services, including loading, transporting, unloading, and returning election equipment according to the schedule established by the County. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with the Imperial County Elections Office.
