RFQ: INFUSION SUITE ROOM CUSTOM MILLWORK

This procurement is a brand-name-only solicitation for custom millwork products from Futrus and Cube Care to support the renovation of the Infusion Suite at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. The requirement is exclusive to certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), with eligibility strictly limited to those verified in the SBA certification database. The contract involves furnishing, delivering, and installing a circular nurse’s station, ceiling-mounted curtain tracks, and antimicrobial disposable curtains—all designed to meet strict infection control standards, ensure patient privacy, and enable seamless hygiene through non-porous, easily cleanable materials compatible with hospital-grade disinfectants. All work must be completed within 12 weeks of contract award, with installation performed Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., utilizing reserved loading docks and freight elevators at the facility.
