RFQ: Planning and Coordinating IOLA’s 2027 Justice Infrastructure Summit

The Interest on Lawyer Account (IOLA) Fund of the State of New York is soliciting quotes for a consultant to provide end-to-end planning, coordination, and operational support for a two-day, in-person Justice Infrastructure Summit in Summer 2027. The event is designed for 200 to 220 individuals from a network of 107 legal services grantees. The selected contractor will be responsible for event content, including project management, agenda development, and potential CLE accreditation coordination, as well as event management covering summit logistics and post-event activities. The contract is anticipated to last between six and nine months, concluding on August 31, 2027, with a maximum award value of $100,000. A critical requirement of the engagement is that participants must not be charged any registration fees. Eligible applicants must be licensed to do business in New York State, maintain Workers' Compensation and Disability Insurance, and have a certified Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire from the last six months. Proposals must be submitted in PDF format to Danny Fisher by November 20, 2026, and should include an organizational capacity statement, a detailed project workplan, and a comprehensive budget.
