The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of various County Departments, is seeking qualified vendors to provide quotations for the ongoing supply of Heavy Duty Equipment and Aftermarket Automotive Parts as detailed in Exhibits A-F of this Request for Quote (RFQ). These products will be used to support the maintenance and operational requirements of multiple participating agencies. Required items include but are not limited to the following: heavy duty vehicle parts, warranty support, and supplies related to heavy duty vehicle maintenance and repair. County Departments that routinely utilize these items include, but are not limited to, the Transportation and Land Management Agency (TLMA) and the Department of Waste Resources. Each Department performs select maintenance and repair of a wide range of heavy duty and commercial vehicles on an ongoing basis. To ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, safety performance, and minimal downtime, a reliable supply of Heavy Duty and Aftermarket Vehicle parts is required. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish competitive pricing, ensure reliable availability of the listed items, and identify vendors capable of meeting the County's requirements. The County anticipates that this procurement will support operational efficiency, reduce equipment downtime, and contribute to long-term cost savings by securing dependable sources for these essential supplies.
