The Town of Bloomfield invites you to submit a proposal based on the requirements of the enclosed RFQ/RFP No. 1173: BLOOMFIELD TOWN CENTER REVITALIZATION DEVELOPER. We ask that your submission conform to our format request as closely as possible. The RFQ/RFP and the statement of qualifications submitted by the Successful Respondent will be made part of the resultant contract between the Town and the Successful Respondent. The Town of Bloomfield reserves the right to terminate this RFP process at any time with or without notice to the prospective Respondent. All proposals must be received in the office of the Purchasing Department by Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EST. One Original (clearly identified as such), plus two (2) paper copies, as well as one read-only copy on a thumb drive, shall be submitted per the RFQ/RFP instructions. No late submissions will be accepted for any reason. We look forward to your response.
