The DeKalb Regional Land Bank Authority (DRLBA) invites qualified builders, developers, and development teams to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to participate in the redevelopment and construction of residential and community-serving projects on properties acquired by DRLBA. DRLBA is a public authority established through an intergovernmental agreement between DeKalb County Government and the City of Lithonia to facilitate the acquisition, management, and disposition of vacant, abandoned, and tax-delinquent properties.
DRLBA¿s mission is to return underutilized properties to productive use, stabilize neighborhoods, and support equitable community development across DeKalb County.
