PURPOSE: The University of Washington (“University” or “UW”) is soliciting quotes and qualifications from qualified contractors to provide maintenance, inspection, repair support, reassembly, alignment, and related services for the TG-3 steam turbine rebuild following a forced outage event. The unit is located at the University of Washington Power Plant in Seattle, Washington OPTIONAL PREBID MEETING: Wednesday June 24, 2026, 12:30PM Pacific Time OPTIONAL PREBID SITE WALK: Monday June 22, 2026, 10:00AM Pacific Time, UW Seattle Campus QUESTION DUE DATE: July 6, 2026, 3:00PM Pacific Time SUBMISSION RESPONSE DUE DATE: Monday July 20, 2026, 3:00PM Pacific Time BIDDER ELIGIBILITY: This solicitation is open to those firms which satisfy the minimum qualifications stated herein and that are available for work in Washington State.
