RFQt Assorted Trophies, Awards and Engraving

The City of Fort Worth is soliciting bids for the procurement of assorted trophies, awards, and engraving services to support the Library Department on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes the provision of trophy columns, figures, toppers, bases, hardware, pre-assembled trophies, and engraved nameplates. All items must be delivered to 8628 Camp Bowie West Blvd in Fort Worth, Texas, during standard business hours. The contract features an initial one-year term with four optional one-year renewals, and the vendor may be required to continue performance for up to 90 days after expiration to ensure continuity of service. Award will be granted to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable methodology. This solicitation is subject to the City of Fort Worth Small Business Program under Ordinance No. 27832-08-2025, and qualifying vendors are encouraged to submit a Small Business Enterprise Certificate. Required submission materials include completed RFQt-01 forms and a bid table, with an optional product catalog. Invoicing must be submitted electronically to the designated City email address, and payments are generally issued Net 30 days via direct deposit.
