RFSA General Contractor and Specialty Trades Services

This Request for Supply Arrangement, issued by the Department of Public Works and Government Services, seeks to prequalify General Contractors and various specialty trades for construction services within the Parliamentary Precinct of the National Capital Region. Qualified trades include painting, flooring, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler fitting, electrical work, scaffolding, and door and hardware services. The primary purpose of this arrangement is to establish a pool of vetted suppliers for future construction solicitations. Interested suppliers must submit their documentation through SAP Ariba. While there is an initial response deadline of August 31, 2027, the opportunity remains open for new suppliers to seek qualification. Following the first three months, new applications will be assessed on an annual basis or as required by the government.
