AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2023-03-06 by 2 p.m. EST. All bids submitted after 2 p.m. EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
Global Affairs Canada (GAC) has a requirement to create a stockpile of spare parts for their armored vehicles fleet at the Missions worldwide. This is a 2-phase Request for Standing Offer (RFSO). For Phase 1, GAC requires companies with a strong background in Armored Vehicles (AV) to provide the requested parts to GAC headquarters in Ottawa within a reasonable time period, as dictated by operational requirements. Phase II will be issued to the Offerors on the phase I pre-qualified Offerors list to RFSO of AV spare parts.
The Standing Offer Agreement will be valid from date of issuance for a three (3) year period with the option to extend this period by two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions. At the end of phase 1, 3 suppliers are pre-selected. Phase 2 is therefore limited to these 3 suppliers.
