In accordance with FAR 5.101(a) this is a presolicitation notice posted to the GPE, for an upcoming anticipated sole source solicitation. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This is an informational post as required by regulation. Below is a quick synopsis of the requirement.
A marketing partnership with the Rhode Island Football Club, utilizing their home stadium (Centreville Bank Stadium) during games and other events for one calendar year. To include large static signage in place for the whole year, Half-time presented by Air National Guard promotion, graphic overlay during tv broadcast and streaming sites, activation in high traffic areas of arena, honoring military members on field each game with national guard logo front and center, one minute of score board promotion per game, digital advertisements in rotation with other across the 30 monitors within the stadium, as well as an official partnership with the Rhode Island Football Club.
