Rimgrove Park HVAC, Fitness, and Shade Improvements Project

The 9.6-acre Rimgrove Park includes a splash pad, playground, basketball court, softball fields, outdoor fitness equipment, picnic shade structures, community buildings, restrooms, and a parking lot. A number of these amenities are in need of repair or replacement. The roof-mounted heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) package unit serving the Tiny Tots building is outdated and no longer functional, the outdoor fitness equipment is worn and dilapidated, and the wooden picnic shade structures are weathered and deteriorating. The proposed project scope includes replacement of the roof-mounted HVAC package unit; replacement of outdoor fitness equipment; installation of shade trees to replace standing dead or dying trees; replacement of one existing picnic shade structure; and related site improvements.
