Sealed proposals for Harris Trail Road and Timber Trail Road Signal, owned by Bryan County Board of Commissioners, will be received by Community Development (Attn: Kirk Croasmun) at 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324 until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened.
The project consists of improvements at the intersection of Harris Trail Road and Timber Trail Road in Bryan County. The work includes the installation of a traffic signal, mill and inlay, and the addition of a sidewalk along Timber Trail Road. A sidewalk will be added along Timber Trail within the limits of construction.
Plans and Specifications are open to inspection digitally or may be obtained from Thomas & Hutton Engineering Co., 50 Park of Commerce Way, Savannah, Georgia 31405 upon payment of $75.00 (half size) or $130.00 (full size) plus a pdf copy.
