Road Surfacing Materials 2025

Cowlitz County, Washington, is soliciting sealed bids for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to furnish road surfacing materials from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026. The scope includes the supply of WSDOT specification materials, such as crushed screenings, ballast, and sand/gravel fines, as well as non-WSDOT materials like structural fill.
